Registration Process

To book regular sessions with us, the same every week during term time, please select ‘contract’ bookings.  For ad hoc bookings, please select ‘bookings’ for the specific sessions available.

After completing the online registration, you will receive an email confirmation of the sessions you have booked.  For any ad hoc sessions booked, this confirmation email is also your invoice, which should be paid within 7 days of issue.  For regular sessions you receive an invoice each month in advance.  During lockdown we have had to temporarily suspend visitors to the setting, however once the restrictions end, please feel free to visit any of our sessions at any time during our opening times, or if you have any query at all, please contact any of the clubs directly.  In the interim, we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements over the phone.
